L’origine est probablement un incident de paiements souvent dû à une carte retirée trop vite du lecteur
Pourquoi ?
Quand vous entamez le paiement :
Premier temps
Le réseau CB prend la somme sur votre compte
Deuxième temps
Le réseau CB remet la somme au commerçant et valide la transaction
Si vous retirez la carte entre le premier et le deuxième temps la somme est prélevée de votre compte mais pas attribuée au commerçant.
Nous ne pouvons valider votre paiement et nous vous demandons donc de le refaire afin de finaliser la transaction vous êtes alors débité une seconde fois pour valider le règlement.
Que devient alors le premier prélèvement ?
Le réseau CB ne l’ayant pas attribué le montant est alors restitué sur votre compte. Selon la banque cela peut prendre quelques jours à une semaine.

Why ?
When you start the payment
First step
The CB network takes the amount from you raccount
Second step
The CB network transfers the sum to the merchant and validates the transaction
If you withdraw the card between the first and second steps, the amount is withdrawn from your account but not allocated to the merchant.
We cannot validate your payment and we therefore ask you to redo it in order to complete the transaction. You are then debited a second time to validate the payment
What then becomes of the first direct debit?
The creditcard network not having allocated the amount is then returned to your account. Depending on the bank it can take a few days to a week.
